Practice update:
Dear neighbors and friends,
A month ago, we received a call to consider serving as Medical and Nursing directors at a large free clinic in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
After careful consideration and prayer, we have decided to accept this offer, continuing Christ’s mission of healing, serving those in greatest need.
Impact with Costner Care Family Clinic:
We will remain open to in-person visits until 07/02/26 & telemedicine visits with active license indefinitely. As there has been a trend towards “teledoc” & other online platform use by patients in Sanders County, we plan to continue offering this service even while we are physically located in Arkansas.
For those with Concierge memberships:
If you have a payment plan & do not intend to use telemedicine, just let us know and we will cancel the plan.
As always, thank you for entrusting us with your care and we will continue to provide remote visits to Montana patients, even as we answer the call to greater service.
